@CommiSurLab Congrats Luiza, Paulo, Ana, Gabriele, @ayla_gerk, Lauren, Dan, David & Joaquim! This study highlights critical gaps in #surg system capacity & quality in Brazil—reinforcing need for stronger infrastructure, workforce training & data systems to improve #biliaryatresia outcomes.
@CommiSurLab Well done Jacques Naicen @GuadagnoElena Kasereka Tsongo & Dan. This SR shows OR safety culture in African hospitals is underdeveloped, with gaps in teamwork, communication & reporting, despite WHO checklist benefits. Strengthening training & systems is key to safer surgery.
