@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for the internet to start all day, still nothing! As the company has not provided the service I am paying for will I get a refund? This is not an acceptable service! I have completed all of the checks available to me and still not working

Come on @virginmedia what on earth is going on with your service at the moment? It’s absolutely appalling. I have no Internet again! This is not a one off. This happens multiple times per week. I am paying for a service which I’m not receiving!
