@IamDJEthan Alongside a heaping helping of a variety of fruits and veggies. Protein shakes help too. Don't stress supplements right away. And just keep at it/figure out what you want. Lemme know how it goes/if you ever need a workout buddy. I'm excited for you! Sorry for the wall of text hah
@IamDJEthan You can also eat for gains on the relative cheap. I'd probably get into a workout habit first, and ease into figuring out the best diet for what you want. A good rule of thumb is lots of protein, good fats (cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc) and a mix of simple/complex carbs /4
@IamDJEthan (quality) liquid calories are easier on the tum, lots of fruits and veggies for the fiber (moves good through your system better) and some good carbs (potatoes, whole grains, white rice) and protein. You wanna lift heavy to turn all that food into muscle. What's your routine?
@IamDJEthan I have the opposite problem 😉
But in all seriousness, it's constant and controlled quality eating. How quickly are you planning on bulking? Usually a 3500 kcal diet is the norm, but you can bulk at a slower rate. Lots of meals spread out so that you don't feel engorged.
@moo0o0o0o0 You got options; FHA (first-time home... something) loan is a thing, but bumps up your mortgage a bit because of mortgage insurance. Should only need 3% down instead of 15-20. So on a 150k home that's 3k. That's what I did with my first home 😁
