I'd say Ashura Ohma, Agito, Kuroki, and Wakatsuki could take him in pyre h2h. That is, in a pure h2h scenario with no powers or weird durability. Maybe a few others.

Whilst yes Goku in h2h could beat most characters from these verses, he still has his weakness

He can be beat, but it is going it be a hell of a hard time for his opponent. It's just not in his nature to go all out in the beginning. He likes to enjoy his fights, and I'm sure so do these other fighters (Besides Raian who likes killing mfs)

So he most certainly can be caught with the right move if he isn't careful or just goofing around

So while I believe Goku could beat / rival mfs (equalized) from Baki , Kengan , and other main h2h , I can see where he'd be bested

@HOSH1KUINOMORO I'll actually agree on this one. Goku is so single-minded that his aptitude went even higher than normal AND he has several more decades of experience than Garou. Not only that, but Garou feats are lmao level in the grand scheme. Bro is barely able to get past S-tiers in time.
