@2024dion @john102414 @herrerajuans @wmata Depends on time of day. I remember when metro shut for a day. Every street was gridlock. Took me over 2 hours by car to get from DCA to downtown ~5 miles. Just saying that without other people taking mass transit your driving would not be convenient at all.

@john102414 @herrerajuans @wmata If everyone on metro drove instead then your 40 minute trip time would go up considerably. So, even if you never take Metro, it still saves you time by reducing cars on the road and reducing traffic congestion.
