@am_greos @JimboMeiners Yeah, but to be fair he actually shows up and puts in the effort. I think the NIL thing has been a convenient scapegoat for recruiting. There is hardly any guys with SEC ties on the staff that grinds on the trail.

USC hired Sark and Lane about 10 years too early. Lincoln is not built for the modern era of college football.

@am_greos @JimboMeiners Would agree but at this point we’re basically just praying that recruiting rules / structure change so that we’re no longer at a massive disadvantage from a recruiting standpoint, which who knows when that happens. At this point, I would just go all in on the transfer portal

@am_greos @JimboMeiners I just don't see him figuring out recruiting. I think we have to go all-in on the transfer portal. We're about to go two classes in a row where we haven't signed a QB from the high school ranks, and that should be the one position he can dominant in recruiting.

@am_greos Yeah my point is more so Lane and Sark would be absolutely perfect fits right now at SC. We were in bad shape from an admin standpoint when we made those original hires. Lane also got a pretty raw deal having to inherit the sanctions

@OriginalRichSC Year 3 and is 0-4 on the road. Just lost to a team with a new coaching staff and lost 21 of 22 starters. He makes 10 million dollars a year and doesn’t know how to build a program. It’s not getting better
