@_LFI@PeterPrinsley That’s not the problem
It’s the actualisation of ideally logy that’s problem
How do you create a majority Jewish state in a non Jewish land without using racism ? Impossible , why Nakba happened & genocide is happening
@Ed_Miliband Nothing to say about anti Muslim racism ?
Why are you perpetuating this hierarchy of racism BS based on a deeply flawed theory based on a tiny data set conducted by author publicly stated pro 🇮🇱
Divisive &clearly going to he used to further crush dissent on a genocide
A report based on the experience of just 29 sixth formers is now going to be used to crack down on freedom of speech over a genocide in every school in the country. What the hell is going on?
The government's antisemitism in schools report is a travesty.
It's riddled with errors, distortions and contradictions.
And it will be used to silence people over Palestine 👇

“Have you spoken to any Palestinian organizations before you wrote your letter?”
@ShehabKhan presses Labour MP Mike Tapp who reported the Green Party over its Zionism motion about whether he’s ever spoken to any Palestinians.
Tapp: “I don’t know any Palestinian people.”
I'm not going to name the school, but the @BBC's coverage of the antisemitism in schools report featured interviews with children from a Jewish school.
Here's the rub, though.
The school's own published curriculum explicitly teaches Zionism, celebrates the establishment of Israel and describes preparing pupils to become "positive advocates for Israel" at university.
It even references bringing in organisations such as StandWithUs to prepare pupils for that advocacy.
Now, let me be absolutely clear. There is nothing wrong with teaching Jewish history, culture or identity. And antisemitism must be challenged wherever it exists.
But when children are actively encouraged to advocate for a particular state, rather than critically examine its history, policies and actions, surely we have to question whether this is education or ideological conditioning?
And here's the staggering hypocrisy.
We're being told that schools must exercise political impartiality when discussing Palestine, while a school can openly describe preparing children to advocate for Israel.
Political impartiality cannot be a principle applied selectively, depending on which side of a conflict children are encouraged to support.
And the BBC has a responsibility to scrutinise that distinction, not simply present children's views without examining the educational environment in which those views have developed.
Children deserve an education that teaches them how to think, not what to think.
@NEUnion@educationgovuk
This from the National Education Union:
“A young person’s opposition to the Gaza genocide and scrutiny of the Israeli government are not, in themselves, antisemitic.
“We are concerned that addressing antisemitism without an equally clear commitment to tackling all forms of racism risks creating a hierarchy of racism.
“No form of racism should be minimised, and no pupil or member of staff should receive less protection”.
Everyone involved in this Review is involved in one way or another with Israel
It couldn't be less independent if you got Netanyahu to write it
This will end up in Court and you will lose
.@daliagebrial: "What [the govt] didn't anticipate was that the people who would break the law because they found that law to be unjust wouldn't just be the people the govt felt they could easily demonise, it wasn't just Muslims.. black & brown people, it was old white ladies.."
from @declassifiedUK. Here is an angry non Jewish Micheal Gove claiming he knows more about antisemitism than @ZackPolanski the only Jewish party leader.
🛑 “Not one of the 16 children who were killed on that day can be confidently called a deliberate killing by Hamas. The one case where someone knowingly fired on a child was done by Israel.“
Israeli researcher Shaiel Ben-Ephraim examines each of the 16 cases in the new short documentary below. ⬇️
Gail’s is owned by Bain Capital, a private equity firm that publicly declared its support for Israel - during the genocide - by issuing an open letter. So yes, even a loaf of bread is political.
Much like the Cass Review, the Bell Review cloaks ready-made conclusions in the guise of pseudo-academic inquiry, only this time the government preempted critique by feeding friendly media agreed lines before anyone could comb through it. The truth is out but the damage is done.
Headline: "3 in 5 Jewish students face antisemitism in schools" (Bell Review).
The actual numbers behind that claim:
• Total sample: 5,000+ students surveyed
• Jewish students in the sample: 92
• Answered the question: 70
• Personally experienced it: 29
To reach "3 in 5" (~59%), the review combined those 29 with ~12 who said they had only witnessed it (41/70).
That is why critics cite 29: a sweeping national headline and policy push rests on personal reports from fewer than 30 respondents in an unweighted self-selected sample.
29 students.
That's the total number of Jewish students in the Bell report who said they've experienced antisemitism.
29.
Meanwhile, 30 Palestinians have been reported murdered by Israel in the past 10 days.
The report explicitly acknowledges that hatred toward Jews is NOT on the rise, and that only anti-Israel sentiments are increasing. And yet they STILL published a review claiming “antisemitism” is a major problem in British schools, because "antisemitism" means "opposing Israel".
Only 5,000 kids were surveyed, only 92 were Jewish, only 70 of 92 responded, and 29 said they had faced antisemitism at school. Only 2% said antisemitism was a big problem at their school and we're reclassifying it as a more serious form of racism based on that? Is this a joke?
