Melissa Hodgson came to my PR class and gave a wonderful lecture about the pros and cons of working in corporate or at an agency. I personally enjoy the flexibility and creativity I need to have when working at an agency. #loynoscd
My meeting with Career Coach Katie Krikorian was hugely helpful - we worked on my resume, she helped me build my LinkedIn, and we discussed my plans for the rest of the year and graduation. I’d recommend all @LoynoSCD students meet with a career coach before graduation!
The wonderful Chloe Dewberry of @redcypressnola spoke about pursuing your passions and working with a company that’s close to your heart. Thanks for stopping by! #loynoscd
The wonderful Shala Carlson of @Habitat_org spoke to our PR class yesterday, and shared about “Doing more with less” in the context of working for a non-profit. Thanks so much! @LoynoSCD
Thank you to Ms. Thornton (@SeauxMalerie) of Home Depot
for coming and speaking to our class. She told me the importance of networking both externally and internally to get to a position that matters to me. #RetoolYourSchool#LoynoSCD
Seems like a lot of the students I talk to don’t know about the relatively new #Tapingo service on campus. Students, how often would you use Tapingo? #Loyno
1.First, students sign up with the #Tapingo app, and connect to your campus.
2. After, students choose between pickup or delivery from any of the shops in the OR.
3. Order, then go and pick up food or wait for delivery. (You can pay with Wolf Bucks!)
It’s that easy! #Loyno
