By default everything is called a “Work Item” where those items can include Objectives, Key Results, Scenarios, Features, User Stories, and of course Bugs
The only time the word “issue” ever comes up is when it’s a Bug or an item Blocker

cout is a method within the ostream class which is an abstraction over C’s stdout.
It’s no different than React using JSX using Javascript using X
@speajus I remember seeing this spec maybe 6-7 years ago, but those were the days when floats were still the norm, so it made sense then. Are you finding it useful in other ways?
