@SpiritAirlines @PeteButtigieg @PeteButtigieg I waited on hold for over 8 hours just for Spirit to hang up as soon as they answered and I tried texting them as the recommended and waited over 5 hours both times to get a canned response with no one on the other end. They still haven’t rebooked us so we did it.

@SpiritAirlines @PeteButtigieg - can you please help? Spirit is claiming our flight was cancelled due to weather, but it was nearly 60 degrees and sunny in Saint Louis on Dec 27. They didn’t have flights again until Dec 31 and are saying they won’t reimburse our other flights we got to get home.
