We maxed bench yesterday and deadlift today. Our best bench was Lindsey Moulton (125) and deadlift Kamryn Torbert (335). 💪

Tough loss in Super Regionals against a strong UMS Wright team. I enjoyed coaching these girls this season and I’m going to miss these seniors. Finished off the trip with some Texas Roadhouse!

The Lady Hornets beat Valley in the 5A Area Tournament Semifinals 3-0, however we came up short 3-0 against Elmore County in the finals. We will advance to play UMS-Wright in the South Regional next Wednesday in Montgomery.
