@TommyHilfiger I have been trying to track my return for the last 2 weeks. I have now resorted to calling and after an hour wait each time this has been to no avail either, I am still unable to resolve. Poor customer service
@VeryHelpers Unable to dm you until you accept the request, I was expecting a parcel on 21st December and to date, am still waiting. Why is it so difficult to raise this issue within the primary Very arena. This was a Christmas gift and has therefore been a frustrating experience. Please help

@virginmedia Well the last time we heard from anyone was over 7 weeks ago and after providing all info once again we are tired of waiting. This took place in August 2020 and Iโm sure anyone would agree it is not acceptable to leave someoneโs property in a state of disrepair for this long
@virginmedia having had flooring damaged during installation of VM services in August 2020, we are still waiting for said damage to be rectified. Do not join Virgin Media if you want a harmonious life. Their customer service is appalling beyond measure
@virginmedia The case has now been referred to Liberty Global for them to deal with as Virgin Media didnโt seem to be able to apply enough common sense to deal with the matter appropriately. After waiting for over three hours to get through to them I have no choice but to escalate the matter
