Melisa
“When I learned that I had been chosen to participate and train for the 2026 Watoto Golf Tournament, I was really excited because it is a good thing to learn a new skill, and I am looking forward to having fun, learning more, and as well having more people come and be a part of the tournament. What excites me most is how easy golf actually is because when you look at it from afar, it looks like something quite hard, but then if you give it time and passion, it is really doable. I am grateful for the chance to be a part of this, to train and participate in the tournament.”

Moses
“I am so excited to get the opportunity to come and play golf because, at the back of my mind, I used to know that it is only the rich people who can come and play golf, so I am excited to be here.
I am thrilled to meet new people, professionals, which I have never thought about. Thank you for supporting us because most children have talent, but they do not have the opportunity to come and do it or show their talent, so thank you for trusting us with your support.”
