The aim was to tap into each other's experiences, energy as well as opportunities to see how we can help each other grow our craft as we have open honest conversations about the future of the creative industry in Uganda.
Last Sunday (17th July) I had my first Open Studio session and Open Conversations at my Art Studio in Ndejje where friends, family and other young artists from surrounding community dropped by to check out what am working on but also display some of the works they are working on.
This Saturday I'll be holding a mural painting workshop with the @MwalimuProgram mentees in Bwaise from 2 to 5pm crowning it up with a community mural using the proceeds from my online fundraiser early this year towards Akumal Arts Festival - Mexico trip that I didn't attend.
Regardless we moved. First Mural Of 2022💫. New Chicken Tonight Arua Park Branch. The idea was to create something that is relatable to the environment yet intresting. #MuralArt
