The first sentence is different: on MM’s announcement it states “QEII was delighted at the news…” meaning she was informed afterward.
In all the others QEII didn’t need to be informed. And PC and PA gave birth in London, but M? Still unclear

@storiesbyjemay @Knesix As royals they are patrons and in contact with hundreds of organisations. Many are focused on mental health. Why don’t ask help to those ones?
