Account breached today very disappointing not an easy path trading at all

One day I’ll tell my trading story but for now I can’t be bothered.
Someone suggested to me ‘Beaver why don’t you document more you got so much to share with this trading stuff’ so I’m gonna give something a try. If I could describe my life situation rn….

Started the week off so well but struggled today and yesterday paid the price

Day 4 the tilt continues took about 9 trades today none of which were strategy trades really struggle to see how I’ll dig myself out of this again is feeling impossible rn

Day 3 Complete L day from me first trade I took was a strategy trade which was good but got stopped out literally in 20seconds and the rest was just negative old habits ended up losing all my profit so far and putting account into drawdown

Day 2 managed to fight the urges all day and only trade a strategy trade of which I trailed stops and got stopped out at 1% only trade between 2-6 so I turned up did my job for today bring on the next

That second trade was running 2% in profit so I moved stops to BE and it pulled back stopped me out as frustrating as it is and as much as I have the urge to just get into another trade my job for today is done I only trade between 2-6pm so I have to stick to that and move on

Even though that trade gave me profit it was still a loss for me and a bad one as I wasn’t following my plan. I missed my entry for a trade at 2pm but managed to get into an entry at 5pm both were my strategy so that’s good….

Day 1 update from as soon as the markets opened last night I couldn’t help myself and I got in a sell but after 20 minutes of being in the trade I said to myself what am I doing this is exactly the behaviour is I want to stop so I closed…..

P1 P2 P. Phase 1 phase 2 and payout so if you’ve made it down this far thanks I’m gonna document every single trade and the only person I care about it helping is myself if it helps someone else great but I want to be held accountable for my actions let the week commence
