@WinterWonderLDN Why do you not offer any alternative milks or hot chocolate? My daughter has a milk allergy and was so upset we couldn't get a hot chocolate anywhere for her! Totally ruined the day, she felt so excluded!

Currently at @WinterWonderLDN and appalled I cannot find my daughter a dairy free hot chocolate anywhere! Absolutely terrible in 2022 and I now have one very upset little girl!

@EtihadHelp cont'd I've tried to change her meal to a bland meal but it's not being accepted. Please can someone help? She will need a meal of some sort for a 7.5hr flight!

@EtihadHelp hi there! I'm flying on Friday with my baby who has a dairy allergy. Unfortunately your "lacto free meal" is no good for her as its not the lactose she's allergic to but the protein in cows milk which will still be in your lacto free meal. Cont'd
