Now that cyclethon 5 is over it's quite difficult to put into words how amazing of an experience it was.
We managed to raise $1,475,000 dollars for an amazing cause. The @immunedeficienC foundation.
It's a pleasure year after year getting this crew together to raise money for them.
We battled hills, rain, wind, sand, hail all to put on a show for you and I'm so lucky to have friends that make this journey what is it. Chris is not only the most British man of all time, but an amazing friend who always is up for the challenge and even on the most challenging of days will come out with a one liner that suddenly has everyone rolling.
Mouse always brings the cheerleader energy we need and gives all of us motivation to keep peddling, mouse shows us that through determination and perseverance anything can be done and we're lucky to always have her rooting for us.
Pete despite being the loudest human of all time, has an unmatched energy and positivity that we all strive for. Without him the highest of heights can't be reached. And I wish to one day be able to tap into an ounce of his pure charisma.
And of course the crew behind all of the Ian, Paul, Nabi and the mods work tirelessly to make sure we can give you the best show and without them it would be messy.
I'm not really sure why I made this post. Just wanted to make sure these people who worked really hard and allowed us to raise this money for charity got their credit. I'm lucky to call all of these people friends.
Thank you for your support, the viewers who turned up everyday to throw money and eagerly comment made an atmosphere that was infectious. Without you guys we wouldn't do this. So truly from the bottom of my heart thank you for an amazing event and I hope to bring you many more in future.
See you next time. 🫡
A simple message with big meaning: "I am somebody." We are grateful to Rev. Jesse Jackson for helping teach generations of children to believe in themselves and in one another. Thank you for being part of our neighborhood. 💛💚
When little ones hear about violent events on the news or in their communities, it can be hard to help them understand and cope with what happened. Limiting media exposure and making space for them to express big feelings can help children feel safer and more secure.

JUST IN: Bernice King just called Trump out for lying about the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
MLK’s daughter shouldn’t have to fact-check a President on basic civil rights history, but here we are.
You don’t get to cosplay as “unity” while rewriting the struggle.
