Something Stratton wrote that I thought sounded familiar.

An alleged Legacy-Program insider told him about a medical doctor who received a telepathic message from a dying alien:

“You humans have no idea how much potential you have.”

Well, in Dr. Roger Leir's 2004 interview with Art Bell, Leir discussed the Varginha case and a physician allegedly communicating with the being.

"[The being] felt sorry for the human race. Human beings could do what they could do, but we didn't know how to do it."

And Leir's 2005 book, "UFO Crash in Brazil," in which the physician allegedly said that humans possess the same capabilities as the beings but don't know how to use them.
