Do you recognize this dog? Found on a local interstate median with an open bag of dog food. Shame on whoever dumped this little one....this dog could easily have been killed

Happy Saturday from Pandy & Ethel! They are going lay in air conditioning, but if you get out today, safe safe. I know we like to take our dogs everywhere, but just don’t...it’s too hot to leave in car for even a couple of minutes & the pavement is WAY too hot to walk on.

I can’t even breathe the pain is so great. Marv never made it to his MRI, he passed while being prepped. I’m begging you to love & keep your pets safe...don’t let them become someone else’s “problem”. Marv was 3.5# & old when he was picked up as a stray, no one came for him 😪💔
