It will turn into mandated minimum scores. The assessor has to be licensed in Thurston County. That doesn’t exist yet. On & on

@micah_erfan The problem is that showing a school ID doesn’t verify that you’re actually eligible to vote. Lots of illegal immigrants have ID. That’s literally the problem. In WA if you get an ID, you’re automatically registered to vote. Including all those immigrants.
