The biggest thing for me in the Karen Read trial is the fact the deceased had no bruising or broken bones. I witnessed a car vs pedestrian accident at low speed and the pedestrian had broken bones, blood all over from abrasions, bruising. People want to ignore facts…it’s crazy.

Jury question: Can we request the SERT report about the search?

Answer: You folks have all of the evidence of the case, you will not receive anything further.

ALSO Judge Bev has re-thought her prior ruling on not amending the verdict slip and has agreed to make a few clarifications with the slip itself and has agreed to add the following language to the Not Guilty Option:

Not Guilty to the offense charged or any lesser included charges.

It was the proper move by the Judge…err on the side of caution.
