@SW_Help @webbshire Absolutely no forward planning from your executives at SWR. It’s the same on the evening return routes. The driver couldn’t even get on our train at Salisbury. Do they even look at the school holidays, larger events going on and forward plan anything?!

Good work as usual @SW_Help - overcrowding on the 14.47 fro Salisbury to Exeter. You put 3 carriages on, on the last weekend before Christmas with no luggage racks and everyone trying to get home with cases. How festive… Let’s try to actually plan accordingly next time?

@NOWHelpTeam I have updated my card details both on the broadband section and over the phone every month since July and for 4th month in row, you apparently can’t take payment. Please could you advise what the issue is as this is becoming very irritating?

@netflix Sorry but as I had to scroll through 1 at a time only seeing 4 to a row I got bored and left the app to go to other providers. I’d advise a change back as your UI is unusable unless you literally search the title you want. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@RoyalMail Please could you advise why parcels stating on them must be left in safe place as they are food & instructions on Royal Mail app also state to leave in safe place are then taken away ‘delivery attempted’. I have received my refrigerated item now 24hrs later ruined.

FYI anyone waiting for rail replacement between Yeovil and Salisbury @SW_Help - the 6.24 SHR didn’t turn up and unless there’s people getting off or more minibuses there is only 1 seat left on the 7.24 that just turned up
