@bri_wilson16 I’m like that too! I’ve got enough tolerance for cheese on pizza or a smalllll amount of ice cream. But i can’t do a straight cup of milk at all. If I eat something I know may upset my stomach I take a lactase pill! It basically just carries the enzyme to help break it down.

@bri_wilson16 Try fairlife milk! It’s lactose free. I am lactose intolerant and I can actually drink their milk. If I get coffee or something I usually do soy milk or almond milk. They both aren’t very good plain though. Almond is better than soy plain, but only if it’s vanilla flavored 🤣
