@YourSSE next minute after going through dpa I'm being told we can't see the account, take another number to call back tomorrow. I asked to make a high level complaint or speak to a manager directly. Call transfered got hello and was cut off. Called back dept closed (2 of 2).

@YourSSE I am appalled and disgusted with SSE I've recieved a call at 17:47pm from a department which was supposed to close at 17:00pm who couldn't even get my name right. I cut that call and immediately called customer service to resolve my "issue" (1 of 2)
