@AerLingus how on earth do people get in touch with you? I have tried numerous times - please do not tell me to inbox you - as I do and it’s an automated response every time. I need to input my children’s passenger info and your website will not allow. I fly in less than a week

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Had engineer out today to fix TV signal - problem still happening. Phoned Sky-on hold for 54 mins - finally got though only to be cut off once they put us through to engineers BEFORE making another appt as he promised. He took my number - but did not call back.
