Committee I Chair, three on rapporteur team and three on UK delegation... @JNCC_UK presence in all areas of #CITESCoP19 in Panama! And what an amazing job you did at the helm @Vin_Fleming! Great experiences had by us all
Immensely proud also of the hard work of my @JNCC_UK colleagues at @CITESCoP19 whether supporting the UK delegation or acting as rapporteurs. Building good experience for the future at (probably) my final COP
Delighted to have worked with @CefasGovUK and partners in the production of this identification guide for CITES-listed stony corals in trade - providing scientific advice as part of the UK CITES Scientific Authority at @JNCC_UK. We can't wait to see it in use! #CITESCoP19
Exciting new ID guide to corals intended for border staff & enforcement agencies but brilliant for anybody who cares about corals. Request it from [email protected] 1/2
Here with @JNCC_UK colleagues @Julianmca and Nichola Burnett in Panama City as part of the UK Delegation at #CITESCoP19. Insightful discussions and essential decisions taking place for nature, all in an incredible setting. A pleasure to meet Secretary General @ivonnehiguero too!
Really excited to be working with Partners in the Turks and Caicos Islands, UK, and Netherlands on this project: securing the sustainability of the Queen Conch fishery in TCI (a CITES Appendix II listed species)

Today is World Thrombosis Day. #WTDay22#Bloodclots affect any one. Too often both the risk of a clot or investigation for a clot are overlooked causing devastating loss or suffering.
Join the global movement to shine a light on blood clots as an urgent and growing health problem
Incredible day off #tiree yesterday. Bubble net feeding #humpback in flat calm. Here’s some amazing footage of it feeding. We counted >30 minke whales, 100s of sb common dolphins and #baskingshark too. Guess summer had to squeeze it all into one day! #hebrides#scotland
@ThrombosisUK@JustGiving It was tough but made it to the end in 3hrs 42 mins! Over £500 raised so over the moon and makes the sore legs today worth it!
I'm racing in my first Olympic Tri tomorrow and fundraising for @ThrombosisUK!!! 💪 Check out my @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving https://t.co/vZgBgYExVJ
@AmazonHelp Amazing the power of Twitter - email received saying refund will be processed. After a month of dead-end emails and calls. Thank you @AmazonHelp - hopefully you won't be hearing from me again!
@AmazonHelp Sincerely hope someone is going to be contacting me now to get this resolved - this has been an absolute ordeal and just want it to be sorted. Have provided details on link.
@AmazonHelp Am asking for a refund for the item as I am out of pocket for an item I never received! Has been weeks now trying to sort this out, really frustrating customer service experience so far.
@AmazonHelp Was asked to request a police report in case it had been stolen en route, which I did - have provided report and contact details of the police so they can verify but not been done. Different CS operative every time I by email or placed on endless hold on phone - so disappointed.
