Loving the night @pintofscience in @thenewavondale in Southampton, especially the hilarious host @MaxiuPosner

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

@LyndaHuey I mainly cycle, racing on track & road including time trials. Altitude running sounds intense, probably way beyond my fitness!

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

@gorgeousglenn4 Is it £28 total, or £28 + £4 for day membership?

@gorgeousglenn4 Okay, I have filled out an entry form and would like to race. Will post it tomorrow.

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

@jasonmfalconer Hi Jason, is track still on tonight?

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

@gorgeousglenn4 Are you still accepting entries?

Looking down valley from EBC...a view I've seen so many times but a view I'll never grow bored off! #stunning

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

Drank coke for the first time in ages and then cycled home, that's a pre-race tactic to remember! #buzzing

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

My pot of blessed rice given to me by Llama Geshe, that I carried every day on Everest. #SentimentalValue

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

The wave and smile technique in response to road rage, always works a treat.
Another one of the many great things @surcClub has taught me!

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

It was definitely a good shout to have a morning ride today. It is looking GRIM outside now!

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

@psukhtankar Do you know when you're on call yet for the week beginning the 23rd? Would love to do another shift before starting year 2.

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

Is it just me that finds everytime I try and have a "sort out" my room ends up in a bigger mess than I started with?!

[Becky Bellworthy @BeckyBellworthy]

Wahooo the first tiny bit of my first wisdom tooth is through! I am wise after all!
