There is no way I have used 12685 units! I'm frustrated and stressed. I have done everything right and still I get no help. I always pay my bills on time. Why do I have to go through all this stress?

@KenyaPower_Care Accnt 2745465 fast forward to Nov I have a meter reading of 73535 with a bill of Ksh 190,374. I have called, I have emailed I have gotten so many ref# that someone is coming to look at the meter but no help yet! Today the meter reading is 79475!!!

The last reference number I have is R02122251200532 I was sent this number on Dec 15th but till today no on has come to check. I have called customer care and I keep getting the run-around and being told someone is calling me back. No one has ever called me.

@KenyaPower_Care Accnt 2745465 on Oct 10th I had a short at the meter and called KPLC got a ref# 13730941. No one came to fix for over 24hrs and I had to get a technician to come fix it. The last meter reading in October was 66790.
