Enjoying our Hawaii vacation. The boys finally arrived safely and @delta is doing their best to make it right. Both Jerry and Jason were helpful. Glad I didn’t call them right away. #training Lesson- always wait 24 hours before giving feedback on a session, keynote, game etc.
@Delta gets worse- more concerned with getting bags off flight than kids on. Now I have my husbands and sons that are not here and my bag is in LA! Oh and now they have to retest for COVID bc of this to get on a different flight. #badservice

Four months ago my younger brother, Andrew, died of #PancreaticCancer At 40. It’s only October and he is now under a bed of snow. He loved being surrounded by pillows... this is kind of like that. Gone but #notforgotten.
