You were destined to become fully yourself. To grow in wisdom, love, courage, and responsibility,
and to leave the world a little more whole than you found it.
Not a copy of someone else.
But a person who uses their gifts in service of truth and compassion.
#JESUS SAVES
I commend all our patriotic front-line soldiers in the fight against terrorism in all forms.
You stand as a shield between innocent citizens and those who seek to destroy the peace, safety, and dignity of our communities.
In the forests, on the roads, at forward operating bases, in the air, creeks, and across difficult terrains, you carry the burden of national protection so that millions of Nigerians can sleep, work, worship, farm, trade, and raise their children in hope.
This fight has not been easy. It has come with pain, pressure, and sacrifice. But your courage has remained firm. Your service is acknowledged. Your sacrifice is honoured. Your country does not take you for granted.
To every officer and soldier of our Armed Forces, to the Police, DSS, Civil Defence, intelligence services, local security formations, and all who work day and night to keep Nigeria safe, I say thank you.
I also acknowledge the families behind the uniform. Many of you have endured long absences, anxious nights, and the emotional cost of duty. Nigeria remembers that sacrifice, too.
We honour those who have paid the supreme price in defence of our country. Their names may not always trend, but their courage lives on in rescued communities, protected families, and the survival of the nation they served.
The fight against terror is not only a military operation. It is a national duty. Citizens must support our security forces by providing timely, useful information. When you see something, say something. When you know something, report it.
Nigeria will not surrender to fear. We will not allow terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, or violent extremists to define who we are as a people. Their violence is not our identity. Their hatred does not represent Nigerians of any faith, creed, or community.
To our troops and all front-line patriots, thank you for your courage. Thank you for your vigilance. Thank you for your service.
May the Almighty protect you as you protect our country.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces
Federal Republic of Nigeria
May we be faithful and sane in a tight situation as this.
May “Likes and followers” never make us lose our heads for people we should honour!!!
Indeed! Our fruits bear witness of what we have been taught!!!
Good afternoon Pastor.
I think you're just regurgitating the political narratives that have been peddled against him by PDP/ADC/Data Boys and Atiku people. It's unfortunate, but that's just it.
And your judgement I suspect is coming from Aisha Yesufu recent video at the NDC party HQ. And it's a flawed one if that's it.
He's a very good politician in how he moved on from PDP in 2022 and ADC in 2026. His campaign in 2022 and the votes he won. How he has gotten Kwankwaso on his side and in a party without legal issues.
How the NDC primaries have held and how many strong candidates have emerged. It's a give-and-take thing in politics. That Aisha didn't get FCT ticket doesn't mean that his other associates didn't win tickets elsewhere.
And for clarity, Aisha is a bad pick for the FCT elections. There's a strong indigenous campaign in FCT now since Ireti. For an under dog party facing Wike and Aduda, the NDC are making the best choices for the elections.
Don't allow popular narratives from Data boys make you cast aspersions on a man you call good. He's a good politician too. Nobody from his region ever won 6 million votes and 12 states including Lagos and Abuja since this country exists.
That's bravery. That's grit. That's exceptional intelligence. He's good.
Lacoco and his cohorts made this possible. In the name of “defending the faith,” they relentlessly attacked pastors and ministers who did not support their theological or political agenda.
It is not difficult my dear, get your PVC and vote in your favourite!!!
I was born with sickle cell disease.
I had Crisis after crisis, constant pain, multiple organ damage by age 28. Doctors said I wouldn’t see 35.
During one brutal episode, I prayed like never before while hooked up to morphine. The pain vanished overnight.
Follow up tests showed my hemoglobin was normal. No sickle cells. Geneticists ran every test, markers for the disease had disappeared. I haven’t had a crisis in 4 years.
My hematologist calls me the walking miracle file.
You have to believe that there is God.
People no longer safe in their own country but Place of worship should not be arenas for partisan politics.
Let us obtain our PVCs, and continue to pray for the peace of our country.
Political preferences will always differ, and no candidate is infallible including your favourite!
Dear Nigerian churches, grace to you.
We know it may be dicey to tell your members who to vote for. But it shouldn't be hard to tell them whom not to vote for.
His name is Tinubu. If we cannot mention his name on our altars and tell our members not to vote for him, then where is our truth and courage?
This man has been implicit in the terror and death in Nigeria for the past three years.
An average of 33 Nigerians die daily on his watch. That is more than the number under Jonathan, Yar Adua, and Obasanjo combined.
His Chief of Defence says the terrorists are their brothers. They spare these people.
They give them money. While they kill, rape, behead, and terrorise Nigerians.
Truly, it should be easy to tell members not to vote Tinubu.
Mention his name.
Denounce him.
Condemn him.
By now we should be praying specifically against this man. We did it in the time of Abacha.
A more terrible than Abacha is here. What then is the problem?
Please, let's wake up. Darkness is upon our land!
Every life matters.
One law. One standard. For everyone.
This is about justice, for Henry, for his family and for all our children. They deserve better.
I’m not going to amplify Reform’s ad by sharing it, but the wilful misrepresentation of Kemi Badenoch - selectively quoting what she said about ‘white lives matter’ - is disgraceful and dangerous.
It needs to be challenged, including by those of us who are not Conservatives.
Keir Starmer looks absolutely rattled.
Excellent performance from Kemi Badenoch at #PMQs, going on Labour’s ballooning benefits bill, paid for by Labour’s tax rises on us all.
It’s in Labour’s DNA. Higher taxes to pay for more benefits.
“The problem is the Labour Party”
I rejoined the Conservative Party and voted for Kemi Badenoch to ensure Robert Jenrick never became the party leader. Both her and his actions over the past two days alone prove this was the right thing to do.
I’ve been a fan of @KemiBadenoch for years, and in recent weeks it’s become increasingly clear.
She’s the strongest Conservative leader since Margaret Thatcher.
Conviction, clarity, and fighting spirit.
We’d all be better off with her at the helm.
and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.”
May the Lord help you, Lekan.
Those supporting you think you know better but you need to be humble to receive as your giragira won’t save kobo. Show Grace in your conduct
Lekan, you have agenda against most men of God except your Father. You mentioned all examples of those before Jesus but excluded the perfect expression of God, Jesus. Jesus was born in the era of Herod. His parents were told to escape to Egypt. This act wasn’t seen in Jesus
Throughout biblical and Christian history, clergies with leadership roles over the body of Christ has been the conscience and correction of unjust leaders.
From the first king of Israel in the Old, to King Herod in the New, to Emperor Theodosius in AD 390;
Samuel rebuked Saul over the sacrilege of God’s sacrifice.
Nathan rebuked his immediate successor, David, for his injustice.
A man of God rebuked Ahaz.
Elijah rebuked Ahab.
Jeremiah, Isaiah, and the minor prophets rebuked the governments of their times.
John rebuked Herod for adultery.
Ambrose the Bishop of Milan demanded public repentance from Theodosius for the massacre he ordered in Thessalonica.
He stripped him of all royal pump and demanded public humbling penance.
The church is the conscience of the nation. Especially a Christian nation.
We are the salt of this earth. If things are getting spoilt, we should do something.
Right now, the government of Nigeria is currently the most murderous, oppressive and corrupt we’ve ever seen.
Yet, these people act with so much impunity. There’s no moral restraint whatsoever.
Since the church is the ground and pillar of truth, we should be able to remind the government that it is condemned.
And that should restrain them.
The voice of the presbytery should strike tremor and terror in their hearts.
They should dread just one man of God in this nation condemning them, let alone hundreds.
Yet, there’s hardly one.
People are not dragging the church. They are instinctively looking at the only source of truth and agitated that it is not speaking.
Yes, the approach is wrong, but the motivation is expected.
The day the church is raptured, the anti christ comes.
So, people, even unbelievers, know Who restrains the lawless one, instinctively.
The church should have light and salt. But it doesn’t.
And that’s why it’s being “dragged”, and frankly, it should.
Inasmuch as we ain’t happy with the situation in my dear country, Nigeria, the Bible posture still stand that we pray for our leaders .
1Tim2:1-2 “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings,
When the early disciples were arrested, beaten etc.their response was typically to continue preaching rather than retaliate. For example, after being flogged by the Jewish council, the apostles left "rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonor" for Christ's name.
@eson_elera@KingdmHeritage I co-ask😂😂😂. When we say sincerity is not part of their curriculum, you think we are teasing? No! The same Lekan that called his father in Faith Daddy then go about to call some else father in Faith by Name on that same space and his daddy was there o. You guys ain’t sincere.
