@TMobileHelp I sent in a device for trade-in but received a message that an issue was found with the display. There was nothing wrong with the display when I sent it. It says there are pictures to prove this, but I can't access them. I have tried multiple ways to get assistance.

@TMobileHelp I would like to find out how to get a partial refund for the international data add-on, that was added to my account. It didn't work when we activated it and I spent 2 hrs, 36 mins on the phone with technical support. It took 3 days to get it fixed.

@ATTHelp I spent hrs trying to report fraud from someone using my social security number to establish U-verse service. I bounced around from person to person. The last person said they would connect me directly to someone in the fraud dept. All I got was a computerized "person".

Gas prices are $1 a gallon higher than they should be because of Big Oil's greed. We need a windfall profits tax.

@knit2dye4 @WordsOfSarah I also was born in 1969 and did not get the small pox shot even though I had all my other shots. I found out I didn't have it when I went to basic training and the Army gave it to everyone who hadn't gotten it yet. So it seems it was being phased out earlier than 1972.

@priceline I already sent you a DM and the results were what I just posted. I was told "The hotel does have a pool". But the pool is empty and not available so apparently your company feels it's ok to say there is a pool even if it's empty.

Only one of these hotels has a pool currently available. Apparently @Priceline thinks an empty pool is a valid option for saying a hotel has a pool.

@priceline After being online for an hour waiting for an agent to address my issue regarding false advertising about a hotel I booked through you, I was given a dismissive answer and then the agent ended the conversation before I could read his response and answer. (1/2)

Warning @priceline says they can list a hotel as having a pool, even if it's not available to use. Check each hotel to make sure they actually have the amenities available that Priceline is listing. Seems like a waste of time to go through them if you have to research each hotel.
