@FirstNorwich Hi-I walked and the bus did not pass me-so I can only assume it was still at the bus stop. Is this going to be regular? It’s twice in 3 days.
Hi @TheO2. I was given a voucher code due to a poor experience in my last visit and dire customer service during my compliant. Ironically no one is responding to the ‘invite’ email now. Please take the time to respond.
@TheO2 Having to do this again as your customer service is laughable. Still no reply to my email sent 12th May about my complaint from NOVEMBER. A response would be nice.

Hi @TheO2. do you ever respond to your online customer feedback forms? Sent the first one in Nov22 and monthly since then about a broken seat. One reply-no resolution! Really poor customer service!
