Word fact of the day: ‘penguin’ is one of the few words in the dictionary of Welsh origin: it comes from ‘pen gwyn’, ‘white head’.
(And a reminder that penguins were also once known affectionately as ‘arsefeet’.)
I will now have to take my 9 month old and 3 year old in to a shop again tomorrow, exactly what I'm trying to avoid doing too often. Pretty sure I won't be using @Morrisons for online delivery orders again.
Made an online delivery order with @Morrisons on Monday, which was supposed to be delivered last night. Had a text late afternoon saying they were unable to deliver, and would try again Tuesday. Frustrating.
Surely it's normal for us to share a @Morrisons card, would be silly to have two for one household?! My husband is currently at work, doing parents evenings, feeling unwell. He's not got the time or even the voice to phone up.
Da ni gyd yn gorfod tyfu i fyny rhywbryd. Neu ydan ni?
