From 4.6 stars with in 2 days ...by posting all fake and wrong reviews they bring me down to 3.1 stars...and still posting continuously

Being a small business man don't have enough money and expertise to get involved into legel matters. Sir, however If ur team will go through all these reviews.....they can make it with their closed eyes.....that its all planned and done in a mind set to hate.

Sir, I can prove it very easily that they never visited my store. You might ask....In that case I need to file a police complaint..... however, as I said customer is using her power & influence . The same will happen, If I will go for legal action against customer.

It means if I'm wrong as per reviews of that customer...then I'm stupid enough to repeat same mistake with all customers. Sir, the customer took it personally and on her ego and now defaming me & my business by posting false reviews on my google business page.

so as to defame me and my business. I can prove none of them visited my store not even a single time. Most of them are presently situated far from the location of my store. And how come all of a sudden all the customer having same issue.

I have proofs available in vidoe footage about the fake incident reported by customer. Moreover I can proove all reviews are posted under the influence of that customer as all of them have same content, all of them posted with 01 star and with in a time period of 2 days.

Sir, The issue I want report is about the reviews i m getting on my google business page from one of the customer is false and totally fake. Customer is using her power and influence by asking her juniors & colleagues to post reviews against my business and giving 01 star.
