The Lord has been demolishing Satan’s wilderness gospel which he built using man’s own nature as a foundation, or seed.

Kirt Schneider’s reversed gospel is the “ME” gospel: “The Lord is always wanting to be holding up that mirror in our life so that we can see what it is that he’s wanting to correct.”

The Spirit speaks expressly: the gospel that begins with you, ends in death. But the gospel that begins with Jesus carries the life of Christ for you to reciprocate to God.

The “ME” gospel that @RabbiSchneider accepted is Satan’s replacement of Jesus and His covenant.

There are many from the Jewish community who were brought up on the diet of Moses’ law who desire to be teachers of the law.

They believe that shinning a light on the old covenant will give understanding of God’s purpose in Jesus. But that’s not how God works.

When Jesus taught in the temple, there were many people who approached Him and said, “Let me tell you about this temple,” but Jesus corrected them because they really didn’t know its history and the purpose of the tools to mirror Him. He said, “I AM that temple.” (Jn. 2:19-22)

Discern Satan’s Evidence and Overturn It

God has done a great deal to shine His light on the common struggle of man and on Satan’s scheme to make that struggle the center of your faith. We see this clearly in how wilderness ministers cling to their own struggles, sanction them, and present them as evidence of spiritual life.

Josh Howerton described the conscience as an internal warning system designed by God to guide people toward truth and righteousness.

But God is exposing a misconception that has spread throughout Charismatic and Evangelical circles. That your conscience is God’s warning system.

The Spirit speaks expressly: Your conscience is not God’s tool. Jesus is God’s tool.

You’re right if you caught Satan’s misdirect through the language he gave the church: that God guides people “toward truth”. You’re right to discern that Howerton’s language matches the enemy’s mindset.

If you are an unconverted believer, standing outside of Jesus’ covenant, the Holy Spirit will convict you that you are separated from God and need to come into 100% agreement with God that His covenant through Jesus equips you to please Him and walk with Him.

What happens once a covenant relationship has been established with God? Real apostles build the foundation of truth in your heart and the mindset of God guiding you “toward truth” stands out in contradiction to His real covenant experience.

God never made truth a journey. Truth is Satan’s false journey.

And in that false journey outside Jesus’ covenant, the defiled conscience rules.

In covenant, God shows His ownership of you through the seal of His Spirit and His empowerment of Jesus’ tools for your priesthood. The Holy Spirit that previously convicted you of your separation FROM God now has a new job. The Holy Spirit now confirms that you are JOINED to God through His covenant work in you and through you—that’s the purged conscience.

If you accepted the wilderness as your home, you are still outside of Jesus’ covenant house. Satan uses the conflict of your conscience to drive you and rule over your perception.

The issue is not whether you feel enough conviction.

The issue is whether you are listening to the right voice.

Fallen ministers claim to hear God in their defiled conscience. But that’s not God’s voice.

God’s rebukes fall against Satan’s voice in your conscience.

What Howerton dishes out as the gospel is not Jesus Christ. It is the struggle itself. Their struggle between right and wrong is being presented as the measure of spiritual health. The believer is taught that if they continue wrestling with sin, continue measuring themselves against their conscience, and continue feeling the tension between good and evil, then they are spiritually alive.

This is one of Satan’s oldest schemes.

Satan whispers, “You need the struggle. How will you know right from wrong unless you play it out in the courtroom of your conscience?”

That is exactly how many wilderness ministers reinforce the devil’s design.

Howerton describes the conscience as an inner courtroom placed inside every person. It teaches that when you do good things, you feel good, and when you do bad things, you feel bad. But this is not the voice of the Spirit.

Satan uses the natural voice of your moral code.

God did indeed place within man an awareness of right and wrong. There is an inward design woven into the natural record of man. Yet that natural design was never intended to become God’s voice. Satan takes what belongs to the natural man and repurposes it as a counterfeit spiritual guide.

Romans 2:15

Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

Satan exploits man's natural design to keep the conflict going.

He teaches ministers to draw from their inward impressions, their moral reasoning, their internal conflicts, and then labels those experiences as the voice of God.

What they are actually following is their own internal moral code, imprinted within the natural record of man to replace God’s new law in Jesus Christ—the law of grace and truth—which is God’s new pattern and voice to purge your conscience.

The anointing that works with the foundation of truth is the new witness for the conscience for the new man in Christ.

God is challenging ministers today, in these end times, setting down restoration through the true apostolic calling. Those that embrace His grace will hear His voice.

God is overturning the tables of false doctrine.

As I read your post, the Lord reminded me of the scripture where Jesus overturned the tables of the moneychangers, which had corrupted the temple, by bringing in abominable things into God's sanctified environment.

Matthew 21:12-13 KJV
And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, [13] And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

God has provided the covenant of Jesus Christ, His stewardship and His priesthood, and is making clear that this is the ONLY acceptable place of worship.

Not only have ministers in the false church body brought in abominable things into God's house (their false doctrines), they refuse to accept Jesus's covenant.

God is overturning the tables of false doctrines and speaking expressly when He says: "you need to enter Jesus's covenant in order to be saved"

To contend for the faith, believers need to know the true terms of Jesus' covenant. This begins with the foundation of Truth which living apostles provide for the church.
Jude 1:3
Beloved, when I [apostle] gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation [which gospel all the apostles teach] , it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [to warn] you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. [because the wolves will miss-direct believers with fables]

The first century apostles experienced how Satan will introduce another Jesus, another gospel and how antichrist-ministers or pastors will replace the need for the anointing through the apostolic character with religious psychology, false deliverance, and misplaced focus regarding there present issues.
2 Timothy 4:3-5
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

A false transformation will be preached based on behavior and membership to contend with the true regeneration of the soul which requires keeping the new covenant commandments.

The false church contends with the Devil using Satan’s tools. A promise that is untethered from the Throne of God is unsanctified for true faith putting the believer’s soul in a religious-trance [bewitched] and yokes your mind with hope that fits with the imagination to resolve the challenges to the person’s aspiration.

Saul didn’t reject the bible or the priest; king Saul opposed the anointing God put in David and resisted the witness of Samuel. These are the sins of the church today to remain independent of the true stewardship and to be doctrinal self-sufficient to chose their own path for their own gospel which is the wilderness broad way and foot-path.

When scripture is used as a moral compass then it contradicts God's word according to His new covenant commandments.

Scripture is not Jesus, and Jesus is not ink on paper. Jesus is the word of the living God and the true reality of those of covenant faith.

When scripture is put into the covenant context, then the foundation for faith is understood according to God's pattern, purpose and plan, but when believers use scripture as their eyes to judge or weigh reality then Satan has ensnared their perception which builds idols in the heart.

Amen Teacher Maria. Satan enflames the imagination, and as long as believers are chasing elusive promises, they can't identify Christ by the eye of His Spirit.

Satan's wilderness ministers teach believers to take confidence in their journey, but Jesus' real apostles expose the lie that keeps them looped in endless cycles of death as the only thing they can naturally relate to.

God restored His apostolical character to restore true hope in Jesus (the person, not the text) by setting faith within the restrictions of Jesus' covenant knowledge and spiritual priesthood, over which He officiates.

When believers yield to the grace of God by accepting Jesus' covenant commandments, preached through the calling of the apostolical character, their faith is unfeigned because nothing of man's traditions are added and nothing of Christ is absent.

Real stewardship directs believers to attend the altar of the apostolic priesthood daily, where the grace of God fills the soul with His substance, keeping our vessels full of faith like the five wise virgins who entered the wedding (Matthew 25:1-13). Only by this way do believers find true peace.

Matthew 25:10: "And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut."

John 14:27 : "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
