@virginmedia No, not moved house. Your employee offered a better deal in December but stated it was just for new accounts. So you opened us a new account and simultaneously, should have closed the old one. You didn’t! Consequently been fighting to stop duplicate payments, late charges etc

@virginmedia Nothing! They just helped themselves to £56.91 from our bank account so now you have an account which shows a zero balance and we have been robbed!

@virginmedia You opened a new account on a different package but failed to close the old account, so being charged twice. Numerous attempts at sorting this out but overseas help desk useless. Instead of crediting the £56.91 that was incorrectly charged, you helped yourself from our account!
