Honesty is the best policy, even if you didn't intend for it to go this way.
I'm sure police have to deal with so many different personalities, so having one that goes as smoothly as this, makes their lives a little better.
Thank God the man didn't harm anyone before calling himself in tho!
Call an Uber! 🙏🙏
Trump signs pardons for anti abortion protesters. This should have happened long ago. The Dems lock these peaceful protesters up but do nothing about those that burning and destroy government property and call that mostly peaceful protests.
Supertramp: The Famous Sax Solo Recorded in a Bathroom
If you know Supertramp’s “The Logical Song,” you know the saxophone.
It bursts into the 1979 hit with a solo that sounds like it belongs exactly where it is.
What you’d never guess is where John Helliwell was when he played it.
In 1978, Supertramp was recording Breakfast in America at the Village Recorder in Los Angeles. For “The Logical Song,” the band wanted to record much of the backing track live.
There was just one problem.
The engineers needed to keep Helliwell’s saxophone from bleeding into the drum microphones, and the available isolation spaces were already being used.
So they found him another room.
The bathroom.
Helliwell was sent into the studio toilet with his saxophone and headphones while the rest of the band played elsewhere. He later joked about sitting on the toilet while they ran through the takes. His official biography confirms that the unusual setup was used because Studio B had only one recording booth.
Then came the part nobody expected.
Engineer Peter Henderson later recalled that the live sax solo captured during that backing track was so good, they kept it, aside from one small punch-in. The ending section was recorded again.
So the next time “The Logical Song” comes on and that saxophone kicks in, remember:
One of the most memorable moments on one of the biggest albums of 1979 didn't come from some elaborate recording booth.
John Helliwell was playing it while sitting on the toilet. 🎷
The left tries so hard to paint him as far right.
The term "Nazi" originated in the 1930s as a colloquial abbreviation of "Nationalsozialist," paralleling the term "Sozi" for Social Democrats. Hmm, Social Democrats.
There should never be a liberal female president. Translation any man voting for AOC or any Democrat female to be president should have his man card pulled.
These women have proven to the masses they are too emotional and hormonally driven.
Senator Villa decides to run the streets of her district, warning of I.C.E, rather than work for the TAXPAYING American.
Freedom of Speech is for all of us indeed, but her time is better spent working on pressing matters for the TAXPAYER, which she was hired for.
See what I did there. Take care of us TAXPAYERS.
Pretty simple logic. 😏
South Whidbey Island
The marine fog has burned off, and the sun is out in all of its brilliance. It just doesn’t get any more beautiful or peaceful than this!

We are getting around today! Having a blast. Now we are at Prehistoric Pets. This place is crazy. The double-headed snake tripped me out. Also caught some turtles doing the hanky panky I’ll post that too.
Growing up in the 70s was a time when kids didn't need a screen to have fun. We rode bikes, played outside until the streetlights came on, got dirty, made up our own games, and learned how to entertain ourselves.
I still remember when Big Wheels first came out. My brothers just HAD to have them. They finally got them, and what did they end up playing with? The boxes they came in. 😂 That pretty much sums up childhood back then.
We didn't have cell phones tracking our every move. Our parents didn't know exactly where we were every second, but somehow we knew when it was time to get our butts home.
Were those days perfect? Of course not. But there was a freedom and simplicity to growing up that way that I wouldn't trade for anything.
I miss those days, and I think kids today could learn a lot from the way we grew up. ❤️

Many of the Eastern European Jews who immigrated to the United States in the early 20th century wanted to partake in “real” American life –including American foods and beverages.
In 1935, Orthodox rabbi in Atlanta, Tobias Geffen, spent several years working with the Coca-Cola Company to determine whether Coke was kosher. He faced one major problem: the recipe for Coca-Cola was one of the best-kept trade secrets in America. Only a handful of individuals knew the formula.
Eventually, Geffen persuaded the company to show him the list of ingredients, provided he disclose the list to no one. (They didn’t tell him how much of each ingredient was used.) He found one objectionable ingredient: a glycerin that came from non-kosher beef. After much discussion and debate, Coca-Cola agreed to replace the glycerin with an artificial one. They even decided to make a special version of Coke for Passover–back then, Coke included grain alcohol as an ingredent (today it’s corn syrup). To this day, you can find kosher-for-Passover Coke–with an easy-to-spot yellow cap–in March and April.
(I can’t vouch for the Passover coke, because I haven’t seen it.)
This song has often been interpreted as being about addiction, but I loved this man's take on it. And really, who knows what someone may have struggled with or how Jesus may have helped them through it?
We don't have to argue over every interpretation. If something brings someone hope, makes them smile, or strengthens their faith, let them have that.
I liked his take on it. Sometimes it's okay to just see something positive and leave it at that. ❤️🙏

Here's a beautiful second date update from the Brooke and Jubal morning show. Russell took Tanya out for a nice date where they were having a wonderful conversation. Unfortunately someone had changed their diet recently and felt a rumble in the jungle. They were not able to keep it quiet and it actually Drew attention from the rest of the people around them. I guess you can say the date was a gas. 🤣🤣🤣
This is how I started my Saturday. 😌❤️
I'm a girly-girl and love to pamper myself every month with a massage and facial. I work hard and this is my escape and way to relax.
One of the benefits of being consistent is that it keeps me looking and feeling youthful. I highly recommend it!
Sensory play improves cognitive development. Involving kids in this fun activity helps them learn and retain more information while staying excited. It will help them learn different berries and understand their textures.
When children engage their senses—touch, sight, smell, taste, hearing, balance, and body awareness—their brains process this input and build neural connections. Hands-on connections are a healthy way to help kids learn and remember.
Raad Alanbagi (a former intelligence officer for Sadsam Hussein) was living in Farmington Hills, a suburb in Oakland County in the Metro Detroit area.
He was essentially hiding in Plain-Sight among the Muslim population.
HSI announced the arrest on September 13 without disclosing exact charges, his immigration status, entry date, or full role in the former regime.
