Surprisingly, All Worlds are Residential is fine, despite the patch adding both a main menu option and a filter to CAS/BB, two things that usually break that mod.

(Not so) happy patch day everyone...
As many have already pointed out, the patch seems to have broken mod loading completely. Hopefully EA releases another patch to fix it. Until then, if you haven't updated, you should hold off until it's fixed.
