@LilHay Hey there, we're sorry for the wait this evening. We're experiencing delays on this route due to congestion along the route, and in the city centre in particular. Are you on board a service? I'll relay your feedback to the team.
@MrJackyBoy Hi there, we're really sorry for the disruption caused to your journey this week. I've relayed your feedback to team for further consideration.
Hi there, due to five bus routes operating for the tram works to/from Piccadilly, to prevent congestion/delays around Piccadilly rail station, the decision was taken for buses to depart from Aytoun Street/near Minshull Street stop. Bus stop maps, timetables and stop specific advice can be found on our webpage: https://t.co/F2qG5wpXg0

Hi there, we're really sorry to hear this. I've spoke to the team, and due to congestion/planned diversion routes in the city centre and delays along the 30 route, services are experiencing delays. The next 33 bus is approaching Portland Street towards Piccadilly Gardens, and will form the next service back to MediaCityUK.
Hi there, we're really sorry for the wait tonight. Due to congestion and buses on diversion (towards MediaCity) for planned Town Hall works, services are running with delays on previous trips. There is currently 3 services on Salford Crescent heading towards MediaCityUK, which will form the next journeys back towards East Didsbury.
@MyNameIsPearl3 Hi there, we're really sorry for the disruption to your journey this evening. This is due to congestion and a partial road closure on Princess Road due to Town Hall Works. I've relayed your experience to the team.
Hey there, weβve listened carefully to the feedback people gave us of their experiences during the summer closures when they said replacement bus journeys took too long and that there were gaps in service. We're not able replicate the capacity and frequency of our trams. However, we appreciate that there has been an impact to our customers journeys during these essential tram works. I've relayed your comments to the team.
Hi there, sorry for the disruption to your journey today. Services on this route have experienced delays due to congestion and roadworks on Tottington Road. As a result, the 4.46pm service has been cancelled to prevent further disruption. The bus forming the 5.01pm service will be arriving into Bury Interchange in the next few minutes, arriving late on its previous trip.
Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. Only one tram depot is accessible for the North/East side of the network during the works. Queens Road depot is currently at capacity, with all available trams serving the Ashton - Bury, Eithad Campus - Bury (peak) and Etihad Campus (after peak) lines. All services operating on the Bury - Ashton line are operating as double trams, whilst six out of eight trams operating along the Bury - Etihad line are currently doubles. Thanks
@donnadc127 Hi there, sorry for the delays this afternoon. The 163 services are currently accruing delays due to congestion along the route and local roadworks, notably a full closure on Egerton Street in Heywood. I've relayed your feedback to the team.
Good morning all, Chloe signing in.
Weβll be here to help with your journeys until 8pm this evening.
Donβt forget to check our travel alerts hub for any disruption to services: https://t.co/8WBk1HCw6Uπ±
Take care all.
Thanks. We appreciate your patience whilst the works take place, and the inconvenience this may cause. Where possible, extra capacity has been added to some routes, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible for the 33 route at this time. However, the feedback regarding this specific service has been escalated to the team. Please continue to monitor our major works page for any further updates. Thanks
