@VirginBalloons cancelled again 😣After 5 years of trying to get in the air I am now tired of constant disappointment. This was a birthday gift. One of the contributors has now passed away never seeing me fly. The sparkle has worn off and tbh a refund seems the best option now.

@NatWindscreens appalling service. Screen fixed at home last Thursday, next day came out to find a “stress” crack in it. Still not fixed as constantly being told they’re fully booked, office is closed, staff are on annual leave excuse after excuse. £150 paid and still waiting 🤬
