I got my oraimo space buds last year April.

Two days after I bought it, the left ear stopped working.

Omo I panic first, because na 43bay I buy am ooo, make money no waste.

I went back to where I bought it and they told me not to worry, that it would be replaced.

They directed me to Carlcare, and lo and behold, it was changed for me.

Fast forward to this year, I noticed last month that the right earbud was draining faster than usual.

I checked my purchase date (April), and it was still within the one year warranty.

I went back to Carlcare at Dugbe their service center where they attend to customers that have complains on products bought.

Bruh, Lo and behold they attended to me nicely and changed it again.
(I shock small 😂)

Why am I sharing this?

I genuinely recommend Oraimo products.

Because, there’s real warranty backing it, and if anything happens to any oraimo products you buy within one year, you’ll be given a new one.

Key Notes:

• Make sure you take your receipt & the product along, keep your receipt safe!!!

• Also, make sure it’s within the one year warranty period.

• Make sure any oraimo products you’re buying it’s from their official store (Not roadside own ooo!!!)
