@tylerdevost @TELUSsupport Omg buddy it’s BEEN awful everyone else on our street got theirs fixed we had an appointment Monday they didn’t even bother every day since it’s been a “false appointment” cancelled everything this morning they called to get me back I said nope so Shaw will be here tomorrow :D
A week straight today ! Without services appointments and tickets made but apparently the techs are too incompetent to do their job ! Way to go @TELUSsupport
@TELUSsupport it’s been about a week my neighbours got their cable fixed but apparently your techs are too lazy to fix ours even though we had an appointment and ticket booked for yesterday - yet we pay a surreal amount of money to get the worst customer service LOL
@TELUSsupport Have made many appointments had a lovely tech come here and he made a ticket for a cable repair person who came and fixed my neighbours and not ours - after my husband explained our cable was cut aswell they left and didn’t help so no I don’t need help I’ll prob cancel services
@TELUSsupport when someone pays for services and has chosen your company over cheaper companies , you should maybe go above and beyond day 2 in Edmonton with no services working LOLOL pathetic
