@RyanAbe During college I lost 50 pounds and felt so good. But then I hit a plateau and ended up falling into a deep depression. I gained so much weight. Last March I decided enough was enough, and I have gone to lose just shy of 100 pounds! 💪 Still have work to do, but I started!
