Privilege to attend and speak at the unveiling of the Lady Rhondda statue. Her legacy and statue serves as testament to her fierce campaign for women’s rights & suffrage and as an inspirational beacon to the next generation of women leaders in business, industry and politics.
Gŵyl Newydd, Newport’s Welsh language arts and cultural festival, returns to the Riverfront Theatre on Saturday.
It will feature lots of performances from local bands and schools, as well as activities, workshops and more.
The festival runs from 11am-4pm, and entry is free.
