Saturday. 3am.
Single lesson today. Don't drink.
People that don't drink have such a MASSIVE advantage over those that do.
I can't think of 1 thing in my 20s n early 30s that slowed me down more. Not a SINGLE thing.
I REALLY like to drink. It was basically a cornerstone of all my social interaction in my 20s. So this isn't coming from a place of "not getting it".
There is no better way to chuck your motivation, mind, energy and momentum out the window for a few days than drinking.
Everytime is a 1 week reset button to get back to your peak.
Over years this results in you never being in peak form.
This compounds to massive massive catastrophic loss of your potential over years.
There is nothing more normalized by society that will make being successful or your best harder. Zero.
Even if you keep it to 1-2 drinks a week which "techically" is healthy n has no real consequence... your just setting yourself up to want 3-4, then 5-6, then the occasional wild night out...aka just doing enough "liquid heroin" not to have fun but also just enough to keep you hungry for it.
Most of the time you'll just end up in the same cycle.
It's just that damn simple. Try whichever way to look at it, it's simply BY FAR the most expensive habit in terms of life cost there is.
There's no other habit where you'd trade 3-4 hours for fun doing it for 1-2 days of lost BLEH time and 3-7 of lost progress.
Consider the weekends spent slow over the years or things you missed/failed to do due to being slow. Over the years it gets STAGGERING. Its like throwing out 1/4th of your life.
Be wise. Give yourself every advantage you can.
The bad news is that nobody cares about you
The good news is that nobody cares about you
You can start being the man you want TODAY
And no one will give a single shit
Because everyone has their own lives
Broke as a joke? Cool, you can become rich
Fat as fuck? Cool, you can get sexy
Lonely as hell? Cool, you can become the life of the party
I was in my own way for years
Playing video games
Hanging out with shitty people
Eating horrible food
Then I made the decision to just... not
And everything changed
You are always a few good decisions and some consistency away from the life of your dreams
And the best part is - there is literally nothing holding you back
You might not be 6 foot 4 like me
But there's always hope ❤️
I will be giving away 100,000 dollars to somebody from my email list on Christmas day.

GOOD LUCK!
Today I have been sober 2 years.
Absolutely nothing good comes from drinking.
I’ve realised people get absolutely blasted on the weekends because they have literally nothing else to do.
An endless mundane cycle.
