The WEFfies want us to eat zee bugs and all of a sudden hordes of Amblyomma americanum (lone-star tick asshole) carrying alpha-gal are swarming Americans. I doubt that more ticks are carrying alpha gal. To me, this seems like a tick population problem - as in, a dissemination proble. But it could be both this and a problem of more ticks carrying this protein.

Classic Type I hypersensitivity (allergic) responses - triggering the immune system to produce IgE antibodies against alpha-gal is the dealio in the people who develop the allergy to meat.

My advice: get worm therapy to distract the IgE branch away from alpha-gal over to the worms.
