2025 has been a wild year for the industry- and for us. We’ve been quiet, because we’ve been hard at work on something that, at the start, many of us didn’t even believe was possible. But now we can finally share it: the ORKEN game trailer is out.

After 15 years of supporting videogame developers and publishers with art, ideas, and worldbuilding, we decided to take a leap and start working on our own game – in collaboration with the wonderful people at Demagog Studio (Golf Club: Nostalgia, Highwater, The Cub). No safety nets. No big budgets. Just two small teams combining our skills to see how far we could go with the means we have.

The result is ORKEN. A Neanderthal Western built as an independent AA action-RPG, reimagining Orcs vs Humans in a Stone vs Steel setting. It mixes Mass Effect-style storytelling, soulslike combat, and a bold, graphic look inspired by Hi-Fi Rush. It’s been a lot of work, sometimes exhausting, often scary – but we’re genuinely proud of where it landed.
