@slinkybox @twisprkle It’s hard for me to explain. I’m the exact opposite of Jax, had others shut me out and it hurts. But still, understanding why is helpful for me, even if it’s still frustrating too. I can’t hate people like Jax, but I can be annoyed or frustrated…if that makes sense?

@slinkybox @twisprkle Mental issues aren’t all sunshine and rainbows. We can empathize with others but if they don’t want help, we can’t force it. People do bad things and maybe it’s better to understand why. Not to help them necessarily, but to help us not fall down similar pitfalls
