Beer 10km

Organisers of the Manchester Beer 10km, a run from & to a brewery. Open to brewers, bar staff, bloggers and drinkers.

@AllanG_M Beer 10km in October as normal, the new one we've no idea about yet as we're still working on it.
It's a large venture, so might not happen (fully) until next year,

As you will no doubt have noticed, there was also no Beer 10km I'm 2021.

We thought about putting it on, but decided that the running calender was already cramped with all of the delayed events.

We're hoping to be back this year though.

As such, rather than trying to compete with these much larger events, and to give our bodies a chance to recover between races, we're taking a break this year.

We will however be back next year, and have plans for a sister event in the summer.

We think we all knew this was coming, but there will not be a 2020 Beer 10km.

We normally host the race late October, and whilst restrictions are likely to be lifted by then we've made the decision not to go ahead this year.

It wasn't an easy decision, but we're a small race run by a small group of runners, and it seems that the entire summer's racing calendar has been rescheduled to September and October, with a few more in November.
